You are so lucky to live in the part of the world Michele. Even when the weather is not good there are so many things to do in this area. Close to Southbank and the CBD, Albert Park with all of its shops, restaurants and cafes and just a hop skip and a jump to Crown Casino. Enjoy the St Kilda festival! Looking forward to seeing some photos!
